I. July and August:

II. May, June and September:

           Apartment 100 sqm                                   EUR 115 per day

III. Low season (October-April)

           Apartment 100 sqm                                   EUR 92  per day

The price is per night and for the apartment (i.e. not per person). The price is for 2 adults and 0-3 children. If more people than this is staying in the house, there will be an added fee of 10 euros per night. 

Easter and week 42 in October are same pricing as season II. 

The apartment may be rented at any number of days however minimum 3 nights will be charged.  

The price is "all-in", which means that pricing includes usage of water, electricity, use of washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, towels, bed linen. The price does not include use of toilet paper, kitchen paper, detergent, coffee, coffee filters, and the like. If you use of the things present in the house, e.g. olive oil and toilet paper, we expect you to re-stock before leaving.

You care for your own cleaning during the stay as well as changing or washing of towels and bed linnen.
